BEHIND ESTHER
Throughout my career, I have been relentlessly chasing growth alongside some of the brightest minds in business, design and tech. At some point I realised that the formula needed to level up businesses remained the same - just the buzzwords would come and go. In short, excellence is usually an outcome from designing products and services that people actually want (traditionally considered the design part) and enough focus on a solid business impact of that offering (the business bit). Although it sounds simple, I’ve discovered that often none, or just one of these is true - and that’s why I founded Esther.
The next gen business development symbols a few things. Firstly, instead of strict definitions, Esther boldly blends modern tools from business development, service design and product management to create impact for our clients. Then, because too many great ideas die in silos, we embrace the networking of future thinkers. It means that Esther is more than the sum of its parts by openly collaborating with diverse talents for new business growth. And finally, I wish to pull this off in a forward-thinking, soulful and fun manner without compromising in cutting edge quality.
Esther remains on its own discovery path. With curious mind we are looking forward to meeting new thinkers, learning from new problems, and developing our studio to serve those in a way we dare to call “next generation business development” - whatever it will be.
